Are you being handsomely rewarded for all your hard work?
Considering that nearly 70 percent of people said pay is among their top concerns when weighing a job, Glassdoor put together a list of the companies that offer the highest compensation, including base salary as well as commissions and bonuses.
Tech firms dominated a majority of the top spots for 2016, all with total compensation over $150,000. They were closely followed by the more well-known consulting firms.
"High pay continues to be tied to in-demand skills and higher education, which in part is why we see several companies on this list among the consulting and technology industries," Andrew Chamberlain, Glassdoor's chief economist, said in a statement.
"In technology, we continue to see unprecedented salaries as the war for talent is still very active, largely due to the ongoing shortage of highly skilled workers needed," he said.
Glassdoor compiled their list of companies that pay the best based on salary reports shared by employees over the past year. Click ahead for the top 10.
