CNBC announces 15th Asia Business Leaders Awards

Pioneering Fin-tech Company Six Capital confirmed as Sponsor

SINGAPORE, 21 April 2016 - CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, announced today that the 15th Asia Business Leaders Awards will take place in Jakarta on 23 November 2016. Six Capital, a pioneering company leveraging "New Game" technology advances and innovations headquartered in Singapore, is confirmed as sponsor.

The Asia Business Leaders Awards (ABLA), CNBC's flagship awards event in Asia, was pioneered in 2001 to salute and recognise remarkable business leaders, who through strength, innovation and foresight induce positive change in an evolving corporate Asia.

Nominations for the awards will open to Asia's top performing companies in April 2016.

As the sponsor to CNBC's flagship awards event in Asia, the partnership with Six Capital will also involve the creation of a series of commercial assets which will run across CNBC's Asia Pacific programming from July to November 2016.

The sponsorship was recognised at a signing ceremony in CNBC's London studio in March 2016 by KC Sullivan, President and Managing Director of CNBC International and Patrick Teng, Founder and Executive Chairman of Six Capital.

"We are delighted to have Six Capital as a sponsor of the 15th Asia Business Leaders Awards. Six Capital's growth and presence in Asia is truly inspiring, and we are pleased to have the opportunity to harness their expertise in order to celebrate those who have shaped the Asian economy in the past fifteen years," said Sullivan.

"The Asia Business Leaders Awards acknowledge remarkable business leaders who are helping to advance corporate Asia. At Six Capital we have always strived to harness innovative methods of value creation and so it is great to be able to recognize those companies that have been most successful and are pushing boundaries. Every day, we hear positive stories of growth and new opportunities from across the region, and we are extremely proud to partner with CNBC to celebrate these achievements," added Teng.
