The patent pending CareRadius® integrates data from multiple sources for health plans and practitioners to enhance clinical decision-making, improve workflows and reduce administrative costs. CareAffiliate® integrates member data and connects remote providers to clinical staff, while streamlining care functions including authorization and referrals, inpatient admission notifications, and program enrollment requests.

Regulatory Reports and Letters
CareRadius® 3.1 now includes standard reports such as the ODAG universe report to support clients’ abilities to prepare and respond to CMS Audits. Letters were added to meet CMS requirements for member and provider correspondence.
Data Visualization Dashboards
Rich data visualization tools powered by Sisense were added to allow users to make fast, accurate decisions. Clients have the ability to combine large, disparate data sets using CareRadius®.
The redesigned CareAffiliate® provides streamlined navigation, data-entry and workflow design. Health plans can build pre-authorization workflows that lead to accurate and timely capturing of data for authorizations, while reducing the number of unnecessary calls/faxes to the provider. The new user interface also enables greater customization of key content (e.g. Image Carousel, Member Search Portlet or Help). Additional new pre-authorization verification functionality allows providers to verify that an authorization is required for the member, thereby reducing phone calls and unnecessary faxes to the health plan.
Mobile Surveys that later sync with CareRadius® 3.1 were added to enable field nurses the ability to work onsite with a member, save their work and if needed, complete the survey at a later time.
