Papa Murphy’s Celebrates Bold Flavors with Return of Taco Grande and Steak Fajita Pizzas

VANCOUVER, Wash., April 26, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Papa Murphy’s Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:FRSH) today announced the return of two Mexican-inspired pizzas just in time for Cinco de Mayo. The bold and zesty flavors of the Taco Grande and Steak Fajita pizzas have quickly become favorites among Papa Murphy’s fans and are the perfect way to add some sizzle to any Cinco de Mayo celebration. The Steak Fajita and Taco Grande pizzas will be available at all participating Papa Murphy’s locations nationwide from April 26 through May 30.

The Taco Grande pizza starts with a customer’s choice of Papa Murphy’s crust made from fresh, scratch-made dough. It is then topped with generous portions of 100 percent whole-milk mozzarella cheese grated in-store daily, a mixture of salsa and refried beans, taco seasoning, a choice of chicken or beef, Roma tomatoes, mixed onions, black olives and fresh grated cheddar cheese.

Each made-to-order Steak Fajita pizza consists of Papa Murphy’s artisan thin crust made from fresh, scratch-made dough and is topped with fresh grated 100 percent whole-milk mozzarella cheese, Angus Steak, refried beans, salsa, sliced green bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, provolone and cheddar cheeses.

Guests can take their delicious creations home and bake them at 425 degrees for 12 – 18 minutes to serve a fresh, delicious Mexican-inspired dinner hot out of the oven. Like all Papa Murphy’s menu items, the Taco Grande and Steak Fajita pizzas are completely customizable and customers can add additional toppings from the Create Your Own line in store.
