Grandson of B.B. King Shares Principles of Success

CLEARWATER, Fla., May 05, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 26 May, Christopher King, entrepreneur and grandson of the late B.B. King, shares his not-so-secret success of applying basic principles to the work-a-day world in a special seminar hosted by The Way to Happiness Association in downtown Clearwater from 7 to 9 pm. It is open to all striving, as well as thriving, entrepreneurs and business professionals. The Way to Happiness Association’s Tampa Bay headquarters in downtown Clearwater was opened last July with donations provided by the International Association for Scientologists.

Despite having large shoes to fill as the grandson of renowned blues legend, B.B. King, Mr. Christopher King comes into his own. As an entrepreneur he has built a fashion brand, an acting career and a not-for-profit organization, “The Gentleman’s Course,” for youth providing life skills and ensuing mentorship.

Mr. Christopher King frequently holds seminars covering the essentials of business etiquette, branding, marketing and what it takes to succeed.

Per WikiHow.com, there are 7 steps one can take to become a successful entrepreneur. Inc. Magazine says it is 10 steps. Mr. Christopher King has a different approach.

“I use the 21 principles laid out in The Way to Happiness to make my endeavors successful,” stated Mr. Christopher King, “They are simple and can be applied by anyone to improve their life and the lives of others. I’m very excited to be able to speak and share this with others.”

The Way to Happiness was written by L. Ron Hubbard in 1981, with 21 moral principles comprising common-sense guide to better living. Living in a world where not everyone is honest and chances of success are at times dim, the 21 principles in the book arrest the moral decline and guides individuals towards ethical choices. Used by corporate executives, community leaders and educators for more than twenty-five years, The Way to Happiness has proven an unqualified success at changing employee attitudes, conduct and the ability to solve problems.

The entrepreneur’s seminar will be held in the Way to Happiness Center. A reception with refreshments will precede the seminar and will be held in the restored and historic Bank of Clearwater building, located 500 Cleveland Street.
