Farmington, Conn., May 10, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Farmington Bank today announced the availability of up to $5 million in low-interest rate loans for qualified small businesses in western Massachusetts. The program aims to target new and existing small businesses in Springfield, West Springfield and East Longmeadow.
