(OTC PINK: DNAX) , the owner of DNA Energy Drink are happy to announce that the two companies have agreed to enter into a new joint venture agreement to focus on the sales, marketing, product development, cross branding and brand extension activities of DNA Brands existing brand portfolio, primarily DNA Energy.
The new joint venture will focus on the following:
1 Reintroduction of DNA Energy Drinks in various domestic and international markets across a broad range of distribution channels
2 Collaborate on new product development and the development of brand extension opportunities around the DNA Energy IP
- Hemp/ CBD energy shots and functional beverages, consumables, spirits and other related products
