Tom Christian joins the executive team, spotlighting the firm’s
commitment to an outstanding client experience

Adding this executive-level hire signifies the firm’s commitment to guaranteeing the client service experience, firm-wide. Christian, who will report to Steve Dunlap, the firm’s president, will assume leadership for the operations teams as well as client service and implementations.
With over thirty years in leadership roles within the financial services industry, Christian brings a strong perspective on the value of mapped processes and measurable metrics to create efficiency and, more importantly, a positive client experience for every client. As FolioDynamix rolls out a new interface with FolioDynamix 8.0, designed in partnership with a leading UI firm to vastly improve the advisor experience, the firm recognized the need to have hands-on executive stewardship of key client-facing roles.
Christian, who has been consulting for the firm since January, has already worked closely with the operations and client service teams to make significant improvements to the service desk model and has led the process of implementing agile development—a key improvement as the firm continues to innovate in the wake of the recent FolioDynamix 8.0 release. These early wins have helped to align the product, operations and service model teams more closely for better internal and external results.
