Navigators Initiates Dividend

STAMFORD, Conn., May 26, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Navigators Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:NAVG) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share of common stock to be paid on July 15, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 20, 2016.

This will be the first dividend in the Company’s history and coincides with the 30th anniversary of its listing on the NASDAQ Exchange on June 20, 2016.

The Company’s dividend yield would be 0.41% based on the $0.36 indicated annual dividend and yesterday’s closing stock price of $88.61.
