In addition, the company noted it has expanded its suite of offerings in Puerto Rico to include consulting services.

The business will primarily focus on the design and implementation of health care delivery solutions for large and multinational clients while also offering services aimed at employer-sponsored pension plans, and performance measurement and monitoring for talent and reward strategies.
