“We are pleased with the execution of our securitization transaction,” said George Doyle, the Partnership’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. “The securitization serves to refinance a significant portion of the borrowings outstanding under our revolving credit facility at an attractive fixed rate. With our securitization completed that opens significant capacity under our revolving credit facility for future acquisitions.”
