(NYSE:ARP) today announced that its Board of Directors has elected to suspend ARP’s 8.625% Class D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units and 10.75% Class E Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units distributions, beginning with the second quarter 2016 distribution, due to the continued lower commodity price environment.
