The choir will be performing original music written by the choir director, Mr. Rexford Essilfie, born and raised in Ghana, Africa. His songs tell of equality and human rights with a touch of African rhythms.

“Music has an uplifting quality, and choirs have long been a method of bringing people happiness,” stated Rex. “Considering the recent events of intolerance and hate, choirs and art can help people return to a positive frame of mind.”

The Scientology Information Center has held musical events for the International Day of Happiness, Earth Day, Mother’s Day, and live piano music in the 30’s and 40’s theme at its recent theatrical presentation of one of L. Ron Hubbard’s Pulp Fiction Classics.

The Scientology Information Center hosts tours, events for non-profit and charitable groups and organizations, and participates in community events.

The Information Center will also be holding a Business Networking Reception for people interested in expanding their business contacts and making new friends on July 13th from 6-8pm. Light refreshments will be served.
