EL SEGUNDO, Calif., June 16, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (the “Partnership”) (NASDAQ:LMRK) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution for its 8.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units (the “Series A Preferred Units”) of $0.5611 per Series A Preferred Unit, payable on July 15, 2016, to unitholders of Series A Preferred Units of record as of July 1, 2016. This distribution marks the initial distribution payable on the Series A Preferred Units.
