TULSA, Okla., June 16, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SemGroup® Corporation (NYSE:SEMG) today announced the commencement of a registered underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. SemGroup also intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional Class A common shares.
SemGroup expects to use the net proceeds from the offering and from any exercise of the underwriter’s option for working capital and general corporate purposes, including to pay down its revolving credit facility and for future capital expenditures.
