Harmony Bank Shareholders Approve Merger With Lakeland Bank; Parties Announce Anticipated Closing Date

OAK RIDGE, N.J. and JACKSON, N.J., June 22, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lakeland Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:LBAI) (“Lakeland Bancorp”), the parent company of Lakeland Bank, and Harmony Bank (OTCPK:HRMB) announced today that the shareholders of Harmony Bank have approved the merger of Harmony Bank with and into Lakeland Bank. Approval of the merger by Lakeland Bancorp’s shareholders was not required.

The parties also announced that they intend to close the merger on or about July 1, 2016. All bank regulatory approvals have been obtained.
