Once filed, a Form 10 becomes automatically effective 60 days after its filing date with the SEC, assuming the Company has successfully addressed questions raised by the SEC during the 60 day period. The Company is pleased with its additional disclosures from the last Comment Letter dated June 13, 2016 and will await the SEC’s next Comment Letter.”
