AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. Announces Long-Term Spent Catalyst Recycling Agreement

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands, June 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. ("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") is pleased to announce that AMG Vanadium has signed a new long-term, multi-year agreement to process and recycle spent catalysts from a major oil refinery operator in North America.

"This is an important new business partner for AMG Vanadium and a key element of our long-term raw material strategic plan", said Mr. Hoy Frakes, President of AMG Vanadium.
