Allyson has 25 years of experience in financial communications, analysis, strategic planning, investment management, and institutional sales. She joined the agency from Apollo Education Group where she served first as vice president of investor relations and later as vice president of strategy and development for Apollo subsidiary Western International University. While managing investor relations at Apollo, Allyson was recognized as Institutional Investor’s 2009 “Best Investor Relations in Business & Professional Services.” Previously, she was a managing director at ICR, Inc. and in equity sales and research at Merrill Lynch and UBS O’Connor.

Donni joined Financial Profiles in 2010 to launch the firm's Chicago office. A 30-year strategic communications veteran, Donni has vast expertise in communications strategy, corporate positioning, message development, presentation training, IPO preparation, crisis communications and media relations through engagements with hundreds of public and pre-IPO companies.
