The subject of the roundtable is "Trust and Transparency". The discussion will be held in a meeting room at the Watson booth on the IFT show floor. Leading the discussion will be Alice Wilkinson, Vice President of Innovation at Watson and one of the foremost industry-recognized experts in the field of nutritional formulation.
Wilkinson will lead the discussion around what trust and transparency means in our industry, and what the expectations are from the consumers.
