NEW YORK, July 20, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Greystone, a real estate lending, investment and advisory company, today announced it has provided a $7,500,000 Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) loan to refinance 134 units in an apartment community in Raleigh, NC. The loan, provided to Forest Edge Townhomes, LLC, was originated by Dan Sacks and Elie Gabay.
The 10-year fixed rate loan for Forest Edge Townhomes includes a 30-year amortization. Forest Edge Townhomes is a fractured condominium property in which the borrower owns 134 of the 138 units.
