(NASDAQ:CEMI) (the "Company") today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $10.0 million of common shares (the “Offering”). In addition, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares equal to up to 15% of the aggregate number of shares to be sold in the Offering to cover over-allotments, if any.
