Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Series B Preferred Units

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Aug. 03, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (Nasdaq:LMRK) (the “Partnership”) announced today that it has priced its underwritten public offering of 1,600,000 of its 7.90% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units (Liquidation Preference $25.00 per Unit) representing limited partner interests in the Partnership (“Series B Preferred Units”) at a public offering price of $25.00 per Series B Preferred Unit. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 240,000 additional Series B Preferred Units. Distributions will be payable on the Series B Preferred Units at a rate of 7.90% per annum of the stated liquidation preference of $25.00 per Unit. The offering is expected to close on or about August 8, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Partnership expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $38.5 million (or approximately $44.3 million if the underwriters exercise in full their option to purchase an additional 240,000 Series B Preferred Units) and intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay indebtedness.
