The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on August 5, 2016 under the ticker symbol "GEMP". The offering is expected to close on August 10, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock.
