Jessica Flegel, certified Integrative Nutrition health coach, graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2015 after a long career in corporate America. Like so many, she experienced stress and burnout from her previous career which was directly impacting her health. She had always been interested in nutrition and health. She has empowered herself to help others achieve their personal wellness goals. Clients often work with Jessica to lose weight, increase their energy and naturally address symptoms of digestive distress as well as to create balance in lives and reduce their likelihood of developing certain diseases. Her holistic approach to wellness goes beyond food and diet to incorporate the many ways clients can improve their quality of life. Concerns such as career satisfaction and fulfilling relationships play an important role in her approach to client wellness.
