Health care goes negative for the year

The health care sector fell 2 percent on Friday, sending it 1 percent lower on the year.

As of Friday's close, it is the only sector in the that is negative year to date.

The biggest underperformers in the health care sector include Endo International, Perrigo, and Alexion Pharmaceuticals, which are down more than 67 percent, 38 percent and 34 percent, respectively, in 2016.
