CRYSTAL SPRINGS, Fla., Sept. 15, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CES Synergies, Inc. (OTCQB:CESX) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES), has received a subcontract to begin selective demolition services on a multi-million dollar renovation to a multi-story building in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. The subcontract is valued in excess of $700,000.00.
CES will perform the selective demolition of interior and exterior components to allow for the improvements to the existing office building into a space to be occupied by a museum. CES will also selectively demolish components of the existing building to include roof, stair wells, a freight elevator, and mechanical equipment. The exterior façade components to be removed include 5’ x 30’ architectural precast concrete panels by use of a 100 ton crane. FAA permits were required as there is a municipal airport near the project site.
“CES looks forward to assisting in the completion of this project which continues the significant revitalization effort of St. Petersburg that has occurred over the past several years,” stated Mr. John Tostanoski, CEO of CESX. “The complexity of CES’ scope of work and our ability to complete these projects safely, on budget and on time is the culmination of years of selective demolition experience.”
“This project not only contributes to our growing revenue pattern but affirms our utility in the vast environmental contracting solutions, demolition and remediation services industry,” added Tostanoski. “Each of these projects adds to our pedigree and potential to close similar projects.”
