First Northwest Bancorp Announces Adoption of a Stock Repurchase Plan

PORT ANGELES, Wash., Sept. 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Northwest Bancorp (NASDAQ:FNWB) (“Company”), the holding company for First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Port Angeles (“Bank”), today announced that its Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to 10% of the Company’s common stock, or approximately 1,300,756 shares. The Company will purchase the shares from time to time in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions over a one-year period depending on market conditions, the capital requirements of the Company, and available cash that can be allocated to the stock repurchase program, among other considerations.
