Wiles comes to the Associa family from the hospitality management industry and will be overseeing operations, business development and the association management team for Somerset's North Texas portfolio of communities.

Wiles comes to Associa from Premier Hospitality Management, Inc., where he was the chief operating officer serving 21 hotels across several national brands. Before that, he was a senior vice president for Crestline Hotels, corporate director at Professional Hospitality Resources and has held executive roles at other prominent hotels and resorts. Wiles earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration form the University of Hew Hampshire.
