The final week of September was an exciting one, with markets cheering OPEC's planned production cut deal and the world watching the first U.S. presidential debate between nominees Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

But the start of October looks set to be more volatile, with worries about Deutsche Bank roiling global markets in the latter part of last week.
