Among a flurry of Wall Street upgrades on Monday related to President-elect Donald Trump's rise to power, top-ranked analyst Pete Skibitski of Drexel Hamilton boosted his price target on Flir Systems, a maker of night-vision technologies, given the potential for higher border security.

"We think FLIR is ideally suited to capitalize on President-Elect Trump's plan to secure the southern border with what sounds to us like a combination of physical and virtual barriers," Skibitski wrote in a research note.

During a "60 Minutes" interview Sunday night, Donald Trump reiterated his call for a wall between the U.S. and Mexico, but did concede some of it may be more of a fence than a wall.
