-Stock futures are strongly higher after another record close for the Dow, but losses for the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq on Monday. The two-day Fed meeting begins today with a rate hike expected to be announced on Wednesday. Ahead of the gathering, U.S. Treasury prices are rising, bringing down the yield on the 10-year Treasury to 2.44 percent.

-Small business sentiment in November surged by the largest monthly amount in 7 years in response to the Republican election sweep.
