In this newly created role, Garcia will assume responsibility for all Operations functions including the company's contact center, loyalty and retention, risk management and corporate project management.
Garcia joined Pivotal Payments in 2015 as Senior Vice-President, Operations. He brings more than 25 years of experience managing operations and technologies in the payments industry and is widely recognized for his great leadership skills, plus the ability to consolidate and optimize processes and systems. Under Garcia's leadership, Pivotal has realigned resources to improve its overall responsiveness to clients and partners, and built consistent and focused teams to prioritize, plan and deliver projects in a timely, successful manner across the enterprise.
