HOUSTON, March 20, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Whitestone REIT (NYSE:WSR) (“Whitestone” or the “Company”), a real estate investment trust that acquires, owns and operates Community Centered PropertiesTM, today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend for the 2017 Second Quarter of 28.5 cents per share on the Company’s common shares and operating partnership units. The second quarter dividend will be paid in three installments of 9.5 cents each as detailed below:
