Originally from Mexico, this Atlanta, GA-based entrepreneur has his eye fixed squarely on the booming Latino market. As the founder and managing director of The Ad Hoc Agency, a sports entertainment and marketing company, Martinez hopes to take his marketing savvy and bolster Marcus' portfolio and investments in the Latino market.
Martinez's work philosophy is simple: "Be good to people and do good work." It's a mantra that has served Martinez well over the years as he's pitched his talents to big companies.
An immigrant child and the first in his immediate family to graduate from college, Martinez is no stranger to hard work — he even self-funded his education by by enlisting in the Texas Army National Guard.
Martinez predicts that by 2050, Latinos will be the "majority minority" and he plans to help Marcus Lemonis align his businesses with this emerging demographic.
