RLHC Files Form 10-K for 2016

SPOKANE, Wash., March 31, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Red Lion Hotels Corporation (“RLHC”) (NYSE:RLH), a growing hospitality company that operates and franchises upscale, midscale and economy hotels, today announced that it has filed its Form 10-K for 2016. As previously communicated and anticipated, there were no changes to its 2016 and 2015 operating results. RLHC recognized a prior period adjustment that increased other accrued entertainment liabilities by $1.2 million and decreased retained earnings by $1.2 million for an error that occurred prior to December 31, 2011.

Management remains committed to maintaining strong financial controls and will continue to identify additional controls and improvements to its systems.
