SEOUL, June 1 (Reuters) - Following are South Korea's preliminary export and import figures for May, released by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy on Thursday (rounded):

NOTES: - Reuters poll: Exports were seen jumping 13.6 percent in May over a year earlier while imports were seen surging 14.6 percent. - China is South Korea's largest export market, taking about a quarter of shipments, followed by the United States.
