SUFFOLK, Va., July 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TowneBank (NASDAQ:TOWN) announced today that it launched a public offering of fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2027. TowneBank expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include supporting its growth organically or through strategic acquisitions.
Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. is serving as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
