ABUJA, July 11 (Reuters) - Nigeria must not borrow more to fund its budget and should instead raise any more money it needs by other means such as taxes, the country's finance minister said on Tuesday.
Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun made the comments while speaking at a business forum in the capital of Abuja.
"We cannot borrow anymore, we just have to generate funds domestically enough to fund our budget. Mobilize revenue to fund the necessary budget increase," he said. (Reporting by Felix Onuah; Writing by Paul Carsten; Editing by Hugh Lawson)
