AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jones Energy, Inc. (NYSE:JONE) (“Jones Energy” or “the Company”) announced today the closing of its previously announced Arkoma Basin divestiture for $65 million, subject to customary closing adjustments.
