LONDON, Aug 3 (Reuters) - Bank of England Governor Mark Carney gave a news conference on Thursday after the central bank kept interest rates at a record low once again and trimmed its forecasts for growth in 2017 and 2018 as the impact of Brexit weighed on households' spending power.
