Pence says confident of peaceful Venezuela solution, seeks trade with Argentina


BUENOS AIRES, Aug 15 (Reuters) - U.S. Vice President Mike Pence said in Buenos Aires on Tuesday he was confident of reaching a "peaceable" solution for Venezuela with economic and diplomatic pressure on Nicolas Maduro's regime.

He applauded Argentine President Mauricio Macri's "bold reform agenda" and said the two had spoken of increasing two-way trade during their meeting. (Reporting by Luc Cohen; Writing by Caroline Stauffer)
