TREASURIES-U.S. yields hold at lower levels after July Fed minutes

NEW YORK, Aug 16 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury yields stayed near their session lows on Wednesday as the Federal Reserve's minutes on its July 25-26 policy minutes showed policy-makers were ready to roll out a plan to shrink its balance sheet, and some were worried about the weak level of inflation.

At 2:08 p.m. (1808 GMT), the benchmark 10-year Treasury yield was 2.2377 percent, down almost 3 basis points from late on Tuesday, while the two-year yield was nearly 2 basis points lower at 1.3343 percent, Reuters data showed. (Reporting by Richard Leong; Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
