Aug 22 (Reuters) - TD Securities, the investment banking arm of Toronto-Dominion Bank Group, said on Tuesday it would expand operations in Dublin to bolster its European business in response to uncertainty triggered by Brexit.
The expansion will give the company the flexibility to serve clients after Britain exits the European Union, TD Securities said, adding that it plans to open a bond trading business in the Irish capital. http://bit.ly/2imThTe
