U.S. EPA lifts some fuel rules for Texas to reduce storm shortages

Aug 26 (Reuters) - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said late Friday it had lifted some gasoline requirements for Texas to address potential shortages resulting from Hurricane Harvey.
