Shares in Russia's Otkritie bank fall to lowest since early 2016

MOSCOW, Aug 31 (Reuters) - Shares in Russian bank Otkritie fell to their lowest since January 2016 on Thursday, two days after the central bank announced a bailout of the troubled lender.

Otkritie shares briefly hit a low of 1,225 roubles ($20.95) in early trade on the Moscow exchange. They were down 4.6 percent at 1,236 roubles as of 0956 GMT. ($1 = 58.4703 roubles) (Reporting by Jack Stubbs; Writing by Andrey Ostroukh; Editing by Christian Lowe)
