Egypt to start new $10 bln eurobond programme - newspaper

CAIRO, Sept 17 (Reuters) - Egypt plans to start a new eurobond programme worth a total of $10 billion and will issue eurobonds worth 1.5 billion euros in November and eurobonds worth between $3 billion to $4 billion in the first quarter of 2018, the Boursa newspaper said on Sunday quoting the finance minister.

Earlier this year, Egypt sold $7 billion in five-, 10- and 30-year bonds, returning to international markets for the first time since the ouster of president Hosni Mubarak in 2011. (Reporting by Ehab Farouk; writing by Patrick Markey)
