China lowers yuan midpoint for 3rd day to near 1-month low

SHANGHAI, Sept 27 (Reuters) - China's central bank on Wednesday lowered its official yuan midpoint for the third day in a row to 6.6192 per dollar, the weakest level since Aug.29, reflecting a softer spot yuan on the previous day.

Wednesday's official guidance was 116 pips or 0.18 percent weaker than the previous fix of 6.6076 on Tuesday.
