(OTC Pink:HIHI) – a development stage company operating in the land development sector of the market – released the news today that its restaurant acquisition target has exceeded operational and financial expectations in its first quarter of operation.
The El Mariachi Restaurant – the only operating restaurant in the Holiday Island Shopping Center – has expanded its service area by about 30 % with an outside deck covering two sides of the building. The deck is very popular to the customers who like dining outside, particularly in this fall season. Also, El Mariachi is now filing its application to add alcoholic beverages to its menu. Making wine and beer available in its 2nd quarter of operations is expected to increase its revenues by 30 + % and net by 15 %.
In addition, El Mariachi is planning to enclose the deck this fall making it useable year round.
