(NASDAQ:HAIR), today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 3,575,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $7.00 per share, before the underwriting discount. All of the shares of common stock were offered by the Company. The Company’s common stock began trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on October 12, 2017 under the ticker symbol “HAIR”.

National Securities Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:NHLD), acted as sole book-running manager for the offering. Roth Capital Partners and Craig-Hallum Capital Group acted as co-managers for the offering.
